Tone Your Temple Fitness Studio is not your normal gym or health club we are located in Charlotte/Mint Hill near Matthews, Stallings, Indian Trail and not far from Concord, North Carolina just a few minutes from both I-485 and I-77. A fitness training studio offering Personal Training, Pilates, YOGA, Weight Training, Boot Camps and Kickboxing. Our small group trainings/classes are kept small so that you get the attention you deserve. Private/personal sessions are just that private/personal with no on lookers gawking at you.
We work with individuals interested in getting to the next fitness level from the fitness nut to those new to fitness. If you are interested in weight loss and/or improving your overall health give us a call.
